US Unionists Impressed by Cuban Achievements

Havana, June 13 (acn) Representatives of the health division 1199 of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) in the United States showed their admiration for Cuba's achievements on health care services and biotechnology.

During a visit to the headquarters of the Cuban Workers Federation (CTC), the US unionists, nurses, and social workers got acquainted with teaching and training methods, the medical industry and other aspects of welfare work.

The visitors agreed that Cuba not only provides free and easy access to medical attention for its people but also shares its medical achievements with its solidarity contribution to the rest of the world.
